All wedding rings and engagement rings are covered with with a limited lifetime warranty against factory defect of all gold and platinum jewelry under normal use.

We stand behind everything we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry, it can be mailed back to our offices for inspection. If the problem is deemed to be from a structural defect,we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. If the damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear, then our offices will repair your jewelry at cost.

Abuse and mis-use or accidental damage to the ring is not covered by this warranty.

What do I do if my rings is damaged or defective?

 

In the event that there is a problem with your wedding rings. Please call our customer service number

The customer is responsible to mail back the merchandise. The ring will be inspected by our jewelry inspectors to determine the cause of the damage, if it is a manufacturing defect, Montreal Wedding Rings will repair of even replace the ring if needed for free. If the cause of damage was cause by accident or abuse by the user, we will give you the lowest possible quote to fix the ring.

How long does it take to repair the wedding ring?

 

Depending on the type of ring, repairs usually takes 3 -5 business days depending on the problem, and additional 5 days for transit shipping time
